Delia PA is designed for two kinds of clients: founders and entrepreneurs who want their business to have their full attention, and busy families who want to be fully present at home. If you're operating at a high level and need everything behind the scenes to run smoothly, this is for you.

Common areas of support include personal errands and vendor coordination, luxury travel planning, calendar and appointment management, household and staff logistics, private events and dinners, school and family scheduling, holiday planning, and inbox triage. Family Flow Support is my dedicated offering for parents and households. It covers school calendars, extracurricular and tutoring coordination, nanny and household staff support, birthdays, holidays, family travel, and household budgeting — essentially, a private operating system for family life. Think of it as a COO for your family, so you can focus on being present.

I'm currently based in the Netherlands, and most of my clients are here. I'm able to support international travel, remote coordination, and expat households across Europe. As Delia PA grows, I plan to expand more formally beyond the Netherlands while keeping the same level of detail and care.

Yes. I operate fluently in English, Dutch, and Spanish — which makes me well suited to international households, expat families, and globally-minded professionals.

Every engagement is tailored, but most ongoing monthly support sits between €1,000 and €2,500 per month, depending on scale, pace, and complexity. Optional enhancements — styling, travel planning, private events — can be added à la carte. After our intake conversation, I'll send you a transparent, bespoke proposal.
